Distinguido Comité y miembros de la Unión Noruega de Autores, invitados especiales, damas y caballeros. Por favor acepten mi más profunda gratitud por su amable invitación a este hermoso país. Estoy emocionada de estar entre ustedes, y de haber sido considerada para este invaluable reconocimiento.

Cuando recibí por primera vez un correo electrónico alegando que me habían concedido un premio en Noruega, la única palabra que pasó por mi mente fue FRAUDE: ¡BÓRRALO, BÓRRALO, BÓRRALO!

Siento tener que admitirlo, haber sido un ratón de Internet durante tantos años te enseña que en la red, "Si suena demasiado bueno para ser verdad..." lo más probable es que ¡así sea!

Yo estaba en total negación, pero aún así, algo dentro de mí me dijo: "Sígueles el juego" y me alegro de haberlo hecho porque aquí estoy, entre ustedes, unos meses más tarde.

Supongo que en el fondo, me negué a creer el reconocimiento por mis tantos años de duro, pero constante trabajo vendría de un lugar tan lejano como Noruega. ¡De hecho, me negué a creer que la gente sintiera la necesidad de concederme ningún premio por lo que hago, en absoluto!

Este mundo es muy áspero para aquellos que luchan por defender sus sueños; quienes que se consideran a sí mismos combatientes no esperan recibir compensación por darlo todo por el bien de la humanidad. Simplemente hacen lo que tienen que hacer, y continúan adelante.

El nombre "Libertad de Expresión" me habla del SILENCIO. Me habla de la imagen de lucha de la madre de Susana Chávez, de pie afuera en las escaleras de la justicia, esperando una respuesta por el asesinato de su hija. Me dice sobre tantas otras mujeres que marchan cada año en el mes de marzo en otras partes de este mundo reclamando sus derechos en países donde el OLVIDO es la ley principal.

A veces se necesita mucha más fuerza para permanecer en silencio, que para hablar. Eso es lo que les está sucediendo a muchas mujeres por ahí, que no se atreven a levantar su voz.

Pero yo no vine aquí para construir un pedestal debajo de mí, para que ustedes entiendan cómo rayos hice para ser "recompensada" por levantar mi voz y que así, otras mujeres pudieran mantener su derecho de hablar. Estoy aquí para decirles cómo hemos vivido, y lo difícil que ha sido para todas nosotras, por si no lo han notado. Lo que es estar en nuestros zapatos y despertar cada día queriendo ser alguien, ser notadas y valoradas, y no ser silenciadas nunca más.

Bueno, ahora que estoy siendo notada, tomo esta oportunidad de hablar por ellas, esperando que a través de mí, sus voces también sean escuchadas junto a la mía. Estoy aquí por ellas y por mi causa. Por las mujeres que escriben Landai en la poesía Pashto, las que se esconden en Afganistán esperando que alguien las oiga gritar. Por las jóvenes escritoras dominicanas que me dicen cuánto me admiran y desean ser como yo cuando sean más grandes. Pero no es tan fácil ser yo. No es fácil ser una mujer en ninguna parte y, es aún más difícil ser una escritora en un mundo falto de audición que no se preocupa por tu voz, en absoluto. Se necesita un doble esfuerzo para nosotras las mujeres y sí, también un poco de suerte.

En el año 1996 me diagnosticaron muchos problemas de salud, el Cáncer estaba entre ellos. Pensé que escuchar la noticia de la boca de mi médico era lo peor a lo que me podría enfrentar en mi vida pero, estaba equivocada. La desesperación, el abandono, la pérdida de la fe y la alegría, eran las batallas más grandes que todavía tendría que superar.

Incluso cuando las "manos milagrosas" de mi médico me salvaron y lograron echar fuera algunas de mis sombras, no pude prevalecer sobre la pesadilla. Sólo la mitad de la batalla por recuperarme fue ganada. Perdí todo: Mi trabajo bien pagado, mis amigos, mi dinero, la estabilidad, y terminé sintiéndose inútil, adolorida y miserable.

Después de muchos meses de acostarme en una cama con dolores horribles, incapaz de caminar y cazada por los malos recuerdos que me confinaban al silencio, sabía que tenía que encontrar una manera de hacerme de nuevo relevante. Sabía que tenía que aguantar, pero estaba demasiado cansada para hacerlo.

Escribir poesía fue mi terapia, encontré en ella el coraje que necesitaba para levantar mi voz de nuevo. Internet se convirtió en mi "mejor amigo", un compañero que no me juzgaba. Comencé a publicar mis poemas en línea en un blog que solía aliviarme de la ira y la impotencia. Me ayudó mucho cuando empecé a recibir comentarios de otras escritoras en situaciones similares o peores que yo y que aún así, me dieron la confianza que necesitaba para creer en el poder de mis palabras. Me dieron una inesperada sensación de valor y autoestima. Pensé que la energía curativa que provenía de sus palabras era algo tremendo, algo que necesitaba ser tomado más allá de lo ordinario.

Quería que estas mujeres tuvieran un espacio propio para compartir poesía y leer el trabajo de la otra, así que decidí crear una página sencilla de Facebook para ellas. La llamé Mujeres Poetas Internacional sin más pretensiones que ser un lugar para unir a las mujeres con potentes voces poéticas y que fueron tocadas por la desgracia como yo.

En menos de un año, mi pequeña página se convirtió en un movimiento con más de 400 contribuyentes, pero todavía creía que todas teníamos demasiado que decir al mundo para ser contenidas en una sola página. Una noche la idea de hacer un festival internacional de poesía me vino como una premonición. El nombre Grito de Mujer saltó de mi sombrero hacia mis manos y mi gente, debo decirles que – Me estremecí. Era más que una frase divertida. Era una orden.

Grito de Mujer se convirtió en un verdadero proyecto, un festival internacional de poesía, como una cadena simultánea de eventos coordinados por mujeres locales desde sus ciudades. La idea era dar un escenario a todas las mujeres poetas con talento que encontrábamos, que no tenían los recursos ni la oportunidad de elevar sus voces en un evento significativo de poesía.

El primer festival de poesía Grito de Mujer debía comenzar en marzo de 2011 y para mi sorpresa, mujeres de 17 países diferentes y en 44 ciudades se ofrecieron como voluntarias. Los eventos debían ser coordinados por mujeres que en su mayoría, no tenían experiencia en asuntos culturales.

En enero del mismo año, la activista y poeta Susana Chávez fue asesinada en México por hablar por los derechos de las mujeres en la ciudad de Juárez. Su muerte, nos hizo conscientes de las muchas mujeres por ahí siendo abusadas y maltratadas. Su ejemplo nos mostró la fea verdad escondida detrás de aquellos que son cazados simplemente por elevar sus voces.

Grito de Mujer encontró entonces una nueva dirección, y se convirtió en una causa, una plataforma de sensibilización para motivar a los y las poetas de todo el mundo a hablar por aquellas mujeres cuyas voces son silenciadas por la violencia, la baja autoestima y el olvido. Nos unimos para lograr una meta mayor.

A veces, cuando la violencia habla más alto, el silencio es el grito más fuerte. Díganle esto a Nadia Anjuman, asesinada por elevar su voz a través de la poesía, dígales a las niñas secuestradas en Chibok, a las que están muertas, a las pocas sobrevivientes que quedaron con las lenguas cortadas por las violaciones y la estupidez de los hombres. Ve a decirles a las mujeres mutiladas con ácido, a las mujeres enterradas bajo el sol del desierto como Flores del Desierto, apedreadas hasta la muerte por ignorancia y misoginia, ve y dile a las mujeres sepultadas como basura en la ciudad de Juárez, las niñas que sufren mutilación genital, a la joven Leyla Mafi de 9 años, violada por sus hermanos y vendida como prostituta por su propia familia, díganselo a Malala, a Liu Xia, a San San Nweh, a las mujeres de La India, de Haití, a las niñas abusadas que murieron hace poco en Guatemala el 8 de marzo, y díganselo a todas las mujeres sin nombre que andan por ahí, que su GRITO y su sufrimiento no ha sido en vano, porque no serán ignoradas.

No sirve de nada que les digas que el silencio es la mejor manera de recuperar su poder, que se comporten. No importa si les dices que para ellas no hay libertad; ¡Ve a decirles todas las mentiras que desees decirles! Pero te garantizo que el grito de las vivas será más fuerte; las que aún permanecemos y no estaremos cubiertas por el silencio, seguiremos levantándonos por todas ellas.

Nuestro Grito de Mujer se ha oído en más de 70 países; ha celebrado más de 700 eventos mundiales con la ayuda de poetas y artistas femeninas voluntarias, e incluso hombres. Ha sido traducido en 10 idiomas. Nuestro mensaje no puede ser ignorado ahora. ¡Hemos sido escuchados!

Este Premio a la Libertad de Expresión me recuerda a todas las lágrimas y la frustración que he vivido, al hambre y las largas noches solitarias en las que fui echada a un lado, acusada y criticada por los que pensé importaban más. Pero también me habla del fuerte poder de la resiliencia, y de la perseverancia, de no renunciar nunca jamás. No importaba si no veía por donde me llevaría el camino dentro de mi voz; sabía que nunca debía dejar de levantarla ni de buscar.

Es un honor para mí compartir este premio con los anteriores escritores premiados también merecedores, incluyendo los escritores de América Latina. Y es incluso un mayor honor aceptarlo no sólo en nombre de la causa de Grito de Mujer, sino también, en nombre de mi país la República Dominicana.

Comparto esta alegría con mi equipo a nivel mundial, por adoptar mi idea con tanto amor y coraje habiéndola convertido en un sueño compartido. Gracias a mi equipo dominicano Eduardo, Gennie, Angélica, Erly, y tantos otros que han sabido estar ahí en el momento más difícil y necesario. No lo habría hecho sin ellos.

Dedico este premio a mi madre y padre, por enseñarme el valor del silencio y el valor que tiene poder hablar por mí y por los demás. A mis hermanos y hermanas, por ser la razón de mi escritura y lucha constante, y a todos los amigos dominicanos luchando por conseguir que su trabajo sea reconocido en otras tierras fuera de la nuestra. Deseo que sepan que es posible; estoy aquí como prueba.

Finalmente, doy gracias a Dios Todopoderoso, en cuyas manos prevalece toda justicia.

Jael Uribe Acceptance Speech for the Freedom of Expression Award 2016, Oslo Norway

Dear distinguished Committee and members of Norwegian Author’s Union, special guests, ladies and gentleman. Please accept my deepest gratitude for your kind invitation to this beautiful country. I’m thrilled to be among you, and for being considered for this priceless award!

When I first received an e-mail claiming that I’ve been awarded a prize in Norway, the only word that crossed my mind was SCAM. DELETE IT, DELETE IT, DELETE IT!

Sorry to say that, but being an online mouse for so many years teaches you than on Internet, “If it sounds too good to be true…” it most probably is!

I was on denial but still, something inside of me told me to “play along with it” and I’m glad I did because here I am, a few months later.

I guess deep inside, I refused to believe recognition for my so many years of hard, yet constant work would come from such a faraway place as Norway is. In fact, I refused to believe people would even feel the need of awarding me for anything, at all!

This world is rough to those who stand by their dreams; for those who are considered fighters don’t wait to receive compensation for giving it all for the sake of humankind. They just do what they have to, and go on.

“Freedom of Expression” speaks to me about SILENCE. It tells me about the fight of Susana Chavez’s mother, standing outside, on the stairs of justice, waiting for an answer for her daughter’s murder. It tells me and about the so many other women, marching every year on March in other parts of this world, claiming for their rights in countries where OBLIBION is the principal law.

Sometimes it takes even more strength to remain silent, than it does to speak. That is what’s happening to many women out there, who don’t dare to raise their voices.

But I didn’t come here to build pedestal for me, so you could understand how on earth I became to be “rewarded” for raising my voice, so other women could have their right to speak. I’m here to tell you how we’ve lived, and how hard it’s been for all of us, in case you didn’t know. What it is to be in our shoes and waking up every single day wanting to become somebody, to become noticed and valued, and not to be silenced anymore.

Well now that I am being noticed, I’m taking my chance to talk for them, hoping that through me, theirs voices are also heard beside mine. I’m here for them as for my cause, for the women writing Landai in Pashto poetry hiding in Afghanistan, hopping someone would hear them scream. For the Dominican young female writers who tell me how much they admire me and wish to be like me when they grow older.

But it is not easy to be me; it’s not easy to be a woman anywhere and, it’s even harder to be a writer, in a hard of hearing world that doesn’t care about your voice, at all. It takes a double effort to us women and yes, a little bit of luck.

Back in 1996 I was diagnosed with many health problems, Cancer, was among them. I thought hearing the news out of my doctor’s mouth was the worst thing that I could ever face in my life but, I was wrong. Despair, giving up, losing faith and joy, were the biggest battles I had yet to overcome.

Even when my doctor’s “miracle hands” saved me and managed to cast away some of my shadows, I was unable to prevail over nightmare. Only half the battle to regain myself was won. I lost everything: My well paid job, my friends, my money, stability, and ended up feeling useless, sore and miserable.

After many months of lying in bed with horrible pain, unable to walk and hunted by the memories that confined me to silence, I knew I had to find a way to make myself relevant. I knew I had to hold on but, I was just too tired.

Writing poetry was a therapy for me, for I find in it the courage I needed to raise my voice again. Internet became my “best friend”, a non-judgmental companion. I began posting my poems online; in a blog I used to relief myself from anger and impotence. It helped me a lot when I started to receive feedback from other women writers who where in similar or worst situations than me and still, gave me the confidence I needed to believe in the power of my words. They gave me an unexpected sense of value and self-esteem boost. I thought the healing energy that came from their words was something tremendous, something that needed to be taken beyond the ordinary.

I wanted them to have a space of their own to share poetry and read each other’s work, so I decided to create a simple Facebook page for them. I called it Women Poets International with no pretensions than to be a place to unite women with powerful poetic voices and, who were touched by distress just like me.

In less than a year, my little page became a movement with over 400 contributors, but I still believed that we all had too much to say to the world to be contained into a single page.

One night the idea of making an international poetry festival came to me like a premonition. The Woman Scream name suddenly jumped out of my hat into my hands and guys, I must tell you -I trembled. It was more than just a funny phrase. It was a command.

Woman Scream became a real project, an international poetry festival, as a simultaneous chain of events coordinated by local women on their cities. The idea was to give a stage to all the talented female poets who we encountered, who didn’t have the resources or the opportunity to raise their voices on a significant poetry event.

The first Woman Scream Festival was to start in March 2011 and to my surprise, women of 17 different counties and 44 cities volunteered. Events where to be coordinated by women who mostly, had no experienced in cultural affairs.

By January of the same year, the activist and poetess Susana Chavez was killed in Mexico, for speaking up for women’s rights in Juarez city. Her death, made us aware of the many women out there being mistreated and abused. Her example showed us the ugly truth hidden behind those who are hunted merely for raising their voices.

Woman Scream found then a new direction, and became a cause, an awareness platform to motivate poets all over the world to speak up for those women whose voices are silenced by violence, low self-teem and oblivion. We got united to achieve a better goal.

Sometimes, when violence speaks louder, silence is the highest scream. Go tell that to Nadia Anjuman, killed for raising her voice through poetry, tell it to the young girls kidnapped in Chibok, the dead ones, the few survivors remained whose tongues had been chopped off by rape and men’s stupidity. Go tell the ones mutilated by acid, the women buried under the desert sun like Desert Flowers, stoned to death by ignorance and misogyny, go tell the women buried as trash in Juarez city, the little girls who suffer genital mutilation (FGM), to the 9 years old Leyla Mafi, raped by her brothers and sold as prostitute by her own family, tell it to Malala, to Liu Xia, to San San Nweh, tell women in India, in Haiti, to the little girls abused who recently died in Guatemala on March 8^th, and tell all the unnamed women out there that their SCREAM and their suffering has not been in vain, for they shall not be unheard.

There is no use to tell them silence is the best way to regain their power, to tell them to behave. No matter if you tell them there is no freedom; go tell them all the lies you wish to say! But I guarantee you the scream of the ones alive will be louder, the ones who still remain and won’t be covered by silence, will still rise for them.

Our Woman Scream has now been heard in over 70 countries; it has celebrated over 700 worldwide events with the help of volunteer’s female poets and artists and, even men. It has been translated in up to 10 languages, our message can’t be untold. It has been heard!

This Freedom of Expression Award reminds me about all the tears and frustration I’ve been through, about hunger, and long lonely nights being left behind, accused and criticized by the ones who I thought, mattered the most. But it also speaks to me about the loud power of resilience, and persistence, about never giving up. No matter if I didn’t see where the road inside my voice would take me; I knew I should never stop raising my voice.

I most say it is an honor for me to share this prize with the previous awarded deserving writers, including the ones from Latin America. And it is even a greater honor to accept it not only on behalf of the Woman Scream (Grito de Mujer) cause but also, on behalf of my country the Dominican Republic.

I share this joy with my worldwide team for adopting my idea with so much love and courage and, making it a shared dream. Thanks to my Dominican team Eduardo, Gennie, Angelica, Erly, and the so many others who had been by my side when going through it all. I wouldn’t have done it without them.

I dedicate this award to my mom and dad, for teaching the value of silence and the quality of speaking up for myself and others, to my brothers and sisters, for being the reason for my writing and constant fight, and to all the Dominican friends struggling to get their work into the open out of our land. I wish them to know it is possible; I am here as proof.

Finally, I thank God all mighty, in whose hands, all justice prevails.

La noche del lunes 27 de marzo, la poeta dominicana Jael Uribe se llevó el Premio Vicente Rodríguez-Nietzsche 2017, en la apertura del 9no Festival Internacional de la Poesía en Puerto Rico. El premio fue recibido por la poeta Zulma Quiñones, quien en representación de Jael Uribe, leyó unas palabras de agradecimiento y también un fragmento del poema ganador "Las manos de mi madre". Jael Uribe no pudo estar presente al momento de fallo por estar recibiendo simultáneamente otro premio que ganó en Noruega por su labor como activista y gestora cultural.

Adicional al premio una compilación de los poemas de Jael Uribe en homenaje a su madre, fueron publicados en un libro artesanal (plaquette) titulado con el mismo nombre del trabajo ganador. Al escuchar del fallo del jurado, los escritores presentes, especialmente los dominicanos, vitorearon alegres el nombre de Uribe, a quienes conocen bien por su labor con la causa Grito de Mujer.

El Festival Internacional de Poesía se complace en anunciar públicamente para Puerto Rico y el mundo el fallo del jurado del premio Vicente Rodríguez- Nietzsche, otorgado en ceremonia durante la apertura del 9no Festival Internacional de Poesía en el Teatro de la Universidad Interamericana, Recinto Metropolitano.

Premio Vicente Rodríguez-Nietzsche 2017

Los miembros del Jurado del Segundo Certamen Literario Vicente Rodríguez Nietzsche, auspiciado por El Festival Internacional de Poesía en Puerto Rico, decidimos por unanimidad otorgar el único Premio, al poema Las manos de mi madre de Tubeth 2000, pseudónimo del autor o autora.

Se trata de un extenso poema que expresa la angustia vital en la evocación de la madre-patria. Las imágenes de este poema son impresionantes por su gran dureza. Estamos ante una creación conmovedora apasionada, intensa, estremecedora. El lenguaje construye un cuerpo de gran significación y profundidad lírica. Los tropos son originales y dramáticos. La voz poética nos revela las sinuosidades del amor-dolor de la madre o patria herida. Esta vitalidad se da en la geografía; también en los avatares de la existencia adolorida. El manejo de los recursos líricos se evidencia en el laconismo elocuente. En la personificación de elementos topográficos, en la intertextualidad con obras conocidas. Asimismo, en las analogías fónicas, dicotomías antitéticas, en las imágenes sensoriales y auditivas y en las extraordinarias antítesis. Las alusiones astrológicas o mitológicas subrayan la riqueza de estos versos. Imágenes como “Cuando el lobo aúlla su última campanada silente” porta esa maravillosa hondura lírica, que fluye, como en todo el escrito, dentro de una cadencia natural. Con este laudo, los miembros del Jurado afirmamos el elevado nivel lírico de este poema, así como la trascendencia, la profundidad y la autenticidad de la voz poética.

Finalmente deseamos agradecer a los Directivos del Festival Internacional de Poesía en Puerto Rico la confianza que depositaron en nuestra capacidad para valorar estos poemarios, muchos de ellos merecedores también de reconocimientos y distinciones.

La escritora dominicana Jael Uribe, fundadora del Movimiento Mujeres Poetas Internacional (MPI) Inc, y creadora del Festival Internacional de Poesía y Arte Grito de Mujer, fue galardonada el pasado sábado 25 de marzo 2017, en la ciudad de Oslo, Noruega, con el importante “Freedom of Expression Award 2016” o Premio Libertad de Expresión 2016 (Ytringsfrihetsprisen), que anualmente otorga la Norwegian Authors’ Union (Unión Noruega de Autores) y que en conjunto con el Ministerio de Cultura de Noruega, se le otorga a los escritores noruegos y/o extranjeros cuya labor internacional en defensa de los derechos humanos sobrepasa lo extraordinario y que han sobresalido en la protección de la libertad de expresión y la tolerancia en el sentido más amplio de la palabra.

Tanto el comité internacional como el consejo nacional de la Norwegian Authors’ Union, han afirmado estar muy impresionados con el magnífico trabajo y manera en la que Jael Uribe logra mediante los proyectos y actividades que ha desarrollado, enfatizarse en el enfoque hacia los derechos de las mujeres y las niñas, además de la forma creativa en la que su labor aboga en defensa de sus derechos.

Jael Uribe es la primera dominicana en recibir el prestigioso premio, y la primera mujer en Latinoamérica. Con ella comparten el premio los escritores Yehude Simon Minaro del Perú y Normando Hernández González de Cuba, entre otra veintena de autores y activistas de otros países. Uribe fue la invitada de honor a la Asamblea Anual de la NAU en Oslo, a donde viajó para recibir el premio en persona. Uribe pronunció su emotivo discurso de aceptación recibiendo una ovación de pie por parte de los 150 escritores miembros asistentes. A esto, le siguió una presentación sobre su labor y proyectos, y posteriormente asistió a una cena de gala en su honor.

El Premio a la Libertad de Expresión de la Unión de Autores de Noruega fue un obsequio del Ministerio de Cultura de Noruega a la NAU, por motivo de la celebración del 100 aniversario de fundación como proyecto, en el año 1993.

Nacida en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana. Egresada en Artes Publicitarias, con un diplomado en Relaciones Públicas y Comunicación Corporativa. Actualmente cursa Maestría en Diseño Gráfico y Editorial en el Instituto Superior de Diseño de Barcelona. Ha participado en varios eventos culturales dentro y fuera del país. Dominican poetess Jael Uribe wins Freedom of Expression Award in Norway

The Dominican poetess Jael Uribe, founder of the Women Poets International Movement (Mujeres Poetas Internacional-MPI, Inc,) and creator of the Woman Scream International Poetry and Arts Festival (Grito de Mujer), has just been awarded the "Freedom of Speech Prize 2016" (Ytringsfrihetsprisen) annually granted by the Norwegian Authors' Union together with the support of the Norwegian Ministry of Culture. The award is given to Norwegian or foreign writers whose work in defense of human rights have excelled in the protection of freedom of expression and tolerance in the broadest sense.

Both international committee and the national council of the Norwegian Authors' Union have stated, that they were very impressed with Uribe’s magnificent work and activities, and the manner she has achieved, through the projects she has created, to emphasized the focus on women and children and the way she speaks up for their rights.

Jael Uribe is the first Dominican writer, as well as the first Latin-American woman to receive this award. She shares the honor with the Latin-American writers Yehude Simon Minaro from Peru, and Normando Hernández González from Cuba, along with twenty other authors and activists from all over the world. Jael Uribe will be the guest of honor to the Norwegian Authors' Union Annual Assembly and gala dinner, and will travel to receive the prize in person. The event will take place on Saturday 25^th of March 2017 in Oslo, Norway.

The Freedom of Expression Prize was a gift from the Ministry of Culture to the Norwegian Authors' Union, on the occasion of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of its founding since 1993.

About Jael Uribe

Jael is a Poet, writer, publicist and graphic designer. She was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Leader of the Women Poets International Movement (MPI) and creator of the Grito de Mujer, Woman Scream International Festival of Poetry and Art, a solidarity chain of events that brings together poets and artists around the world during the month of March, to deliver messages of self-esteem, respect and zero tolerance to violence against women. She graduated as a Publicist, and she has a Public Relations and Corporate Communication Diplomat, actually she is taking a Master's Degree in Graphic Design and Editorial Design at the Superior Institute of Design in Barcelona. He has won several awards and participated in cultural events both national and abroad. Her poems and writings are published in several anthologies nationally and internationally. Her poetry book De la Muerte al Fénix (From Death to Phoenix) which gathers her poetry up to 2014, was published in 2016 by the Ministry of Culture and the General Direction of the Dominican Book Fair.
