Follow your own light

I’m simply following the path toward my own light. I know there are tables I will never sit at again: the ones where my voice isn’t heard, where my opinion isn’t respected and I’m judged, and above all, where my effort to reach my dreams is seen as a problem.

There are places that weigh on your steps. That’s why I choose to pause from time to time, look inward, and cleanse my soul until I feel empty again.

You have to know when to say “never again,” and when to say “enough.”

If you’re at that point in your life where you are your own priority, congratulations. I applaud you. One single step forward or backward is enough to change everything. To love yourself as if there were no tomorrow.
